1. Booking

Bookings can be made only by persons aged 18 years or older and/or by civil/commercial entities financially responsible for the payment of the services contracted through Claudine’s Homes (CH). How to make a Reservation: The client must complete and send the reservation application form on line, and supply full and correct details of name, age and address. The client will be contacted within 24 hours with regards to availability and rates. Confirmation of arrival by email (with confirmed reception of such)  is required no later than 72 working hours prior to the check-in date.

2. Guarantee

Guests are also required to provide a guarantee deposit which amount depends on the length of stay. It is equivalent to the amount of 1 week (for weekly rentals), 10 days or one month rent (for monthly rentals – 30 nights or more). The deposit will be returned at checkout time unless deductions need to be made. The guarantee deposit is to be paid on arrival in cash or prepaid via PayPal. It will be reimbursed once the stay has finished, provided there are no damages. If damages have occurred, the guest will be requested to pay for them in accordance to the cost that is recorded in the attached inventory of the contract.

3. Payments

To secure a reservation the client must pay 20% of the stay in advance (cash, PayPal free of charges or bank transfer). The remaining monies owed are to be paid at check in on the signing of the rental contract. If the term of the contract is changed, extended or shortened, the rent previously paid is not refundable. Payment of rent is to be paid in US Dollars or Euro only, prior to or on arrival, together with the guarantee deposit and an administrative charge of USD 30, and any other fee whenever corresponding.

4. Check in / Check out

The stay shall begin at 2:00 PM -or before if available- and end at 10:00 AM of the departure day. Check-in/out at non-working office time has an additional cost of U$S 30. If guests arrive before noon and the apartment is available, they may occupy the apartment without extra charge. Guests will be met between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday. If guests are met outside this time period, an extra U$S 30 will be charged. Check in/out at night-dawn (22:00 pm to 8:00 am) and at weekends or national holidays has to be requested before and bears an additional cost of USD 30 in each case.

5. General conditions

Information for guests:

Prior to arrival, guests will provide the names and ages of all guests staying at the apartment for the duration of the agreed rental. Guests will be asked to produce a valid passport at check-in. Guests not named in the contract are not permitted to stay without facing the possibility of eviction of the whole group. CH reserves the right to refuse admission of guests.


If the guest finds any kind of inconvenience or fault in the facilities functioning, CH is to be informed as soon as possible and will do its best to solve the problem.

6. Services included in the fees:

For stays of up to 30 days, and unless otherwise stated, the rent includes all the property services and taxes (property common expenses, taxes, electricity up to a certain amount of KWh per day, gas, phone, water, WiFi Internet connection and TV Cable). For rents of more than 30 days, the guests will be provided with 2 sets of bedlinen and bath towels.

7. Termination of contract:

Before leaving, guests must contact Claudine’s Homes to confirm the date and the time to vacate the apartment and return the keys. Once the property is inspected and the inventory checked, the guarantee deposit will be returned. Guests are responsible for taking all reasonable care of the property and its contents. The apartment must be returned in the same condition as it was received. If this is not the case, and the apartment is not considered to be reasonably clean and tidy, any cost incurred as a result of additional cleaning services will be deducted from the guarantee deposit.

8. Travel insurance

In order to guarantee a comfortable and safe stay we recommend our clients to have travel insurance to cover cancellation charges, luggage claims, medical expenses, or any kind of unfortunate events that could occur during their stay in Argentina.

9. Cancellation

In case of cancellation, the money already paid is not refundable, unless the cancellation is made with 60 days notice- In this instance 80% of the amount paid minus the associated refund costs will be returned. The money paid as rent is not refundable. If a guest wishes to shorten his stay, the payment made cannot be refunded as it is considered to be a compensation for the owner on account of contract breach.

10. Extension of stay

Temporary rent contracts cannot be extended without prior arrangement with Claudine’s Homes. If a guest wishes to extend his stay in the rented apartment, CH is to be informed immediately in order to check that another client did not previously reserve the apartment. The extension of the stay requires the guest to sign a new contract for the new period, subject to availability and possible variation in prices.

Using our site/service implies that you accept and subject yourself to all the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Reservation Conditions and Cancellation Policies. Should you not agree with these, please refrain from using our site/services.
